Ice Axe Arrest, and Alpine Travel Skills

The team spent the day after the MRA re-accreditation in the mountains practicing their winter alpine travel skills. Crucial to safe travel are roped travel, ice axe arrest, avalanche beacon search, and snow anchor construction. This year is a great snow year, so it was easy to find a suitable slope.
